Employ California is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to equipping California’s social impact organizations and workforce with AI literacy training, digital skills and workforce development resources in order to promote equity and socioeconomic mobility.

Our vision is to empower every social impact organization, job seeker and public sector employee with the resources they need to flourish and advance in their purposes and careers, together fostering a thriving workforce committed to impacting our community.
Employ California is an innovative, community-focused, mission-driven 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing workforce readiness and economic mobility through digital/AI literacy and effective development resources. We provide engaging AI literacy training for social impact organizations and individuals, boosting their community impact.
In addition to generative AI and digital skills training, we offer a range of career development services to public sector employees and institutions. These include unique employment exam preparation courses (a service exclusive to our nonprofit), an extensive writing skills program, soft skills training, and instruction in generative AI tools and digital literacy training. Our goal is to make our workforce adaptable and competitive in the ever-changing job market.
